Highlights from MTV World Stage Malaysia 2014 featuring B.o.B, Yuna, Thaitanium, and Boys Republic

MTV Asia's benchmark concert event "World Stage" kicked off in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Saturday (16 AUGUST).

The show featured performances from American rapper B.o.B, Malaysian singer Yuna, Thai rap group Thaitanium, and South Korean boy band, Boys Republic. Each act took turns to rock the stage in front of 10,000 screaming fans.

Thaitanium opened the show with a medley of their hits like "Put Your Hands Up," "Do What I Say" and "Sukebe."

On Saturday night, they also performed, for the first time, a brand new single which they collaborated with rapper Snoop Dogg on called "Wake Up (Bangkok City)."....



Later, all five members of South Korean boy band Boys Republic took to the stage. Even though the group only debuted last year, K-pop fans quickly took notice and the fan base of the group is growing. This marks Boys Republic's debut performance with MTV World Stage......
Hometown fans gave Malaysian singer Yuna a warm welcome as she sang on stage her hits like, "Mountains," "Lelaki" and "Dan Sebenarnya."....

Lastly it was American rapper and hip hop artist, B.o.B, who returned to Malaysia with another electrifying performance. The rapper gave the fans an energetic16 track medley including "Don't Let Me Fall," "Magic" and "So Good."....

MTV Asia will broadcast the recorded live show on 20 August in Singapore and Malaysia and the Philippines on 29 August 2014. ....
